Not sure I understand the "including SpamCop" part ...
Technically, the general concept wouldn't be based on
"Valueweb.net" ... rather the e-mail servers involved.
One place to look that up is Senderbase (keeping things
in the family <g>)
http://www.senderbase.org/search?searchString=Valueweb.net
Analyzing a few of your own headers (CC: to another account)
should pinpoint the IP(s) involved in your e-mail.  Then head
off to places like http://moensted.dk/  http://www.dnsstuff.com/
and plug in the numbers.
