What's with this webtv deal anyway? I thought the only way of
accessing these groups was by nntp direct to the server, or through
the mailing list.

That's what I thought, and indeed there are no replies to the OP on
Google. Too bad -- I'm not going there.

The Outer Limits? Although probably that series was made before the
