Yabbut you have to spin/interpret what someone sez vs means.  Consider
that s/he 'said' s/he email submitted somehow 5 times and of those, 3
times SC encountered errors.

What does /that/ mean?  We should get busy guessing and interpreting and
then re-interpreting.

/Sometimes/ s/he forwards not as attachment?    I don't think so -- but
I'm guessing of course.
