Same as the last time this conversation came up ... if the
Parsing & Reporting system is down, so is the
www.spamcop.net web-site .... such that no one can
see the graphics, no one can see the status message that
can't be posted because even the paid staff can't login ...
It's the availability of an off-site status check that's the
reason for these posts.  It's the answer to the requests and
offers that date back years to host such a thing, but was
never taken up by Julian (and later IronPort).

And should one also point out that though the web-page is
hosted on www.spamcop.net, the actual graphics are pulled
from alpha.cesmail.net, which is in the same data center as
the system hosting these newsgroups, the Forum, and the
SpamCop.net e-mail accounts????
