I think that going straight for the 'horse's mouth' would be the best
link to the graphic.

http://alpha.cesmail.net/graphics/spamstats.gif - which is currently
served from 216.154.195.37 for me

As opposed to going to http://www.spamcop.net/spamgraph.shtml?spamstats
or http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/  to link to
http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?act=module&automodule=custom&page=stats
to fetch the .gif above.

Whenever there is trouble, it would be better to not have to pass
something around any more than necessary.
