Doesn't seem to have made a lot of difference. Much of my spam comes
from Chinese net space. They also need to persuade China to stop
hosting spammer's web sites. Even more spam has direct or redirected
links there.

I'm sure the Chinese are delighted that they can block inbound spam
while continuing to send it to the rest of the world.
