Hmmm, you were party to the thread that addressed the "undocumented"
change. due to Don's use of the X:No-Archive setting, his actual post
does not exist in the SpamCop newsgroup archives (and has aged off
the newsgroup server) ... I did a search on my own e-mail archives, as
this was also one of those "can't put that FAQ into one of the versions I'm
building, as the 'official' FAQ has problems" .. found my dialog with Don
on this one, which gave me a date/timestamp, found the newsgroup thread,
and see that part of Don's reply survived as a quote from the original
poster ...

There are a few users left who signed up before passwords were being
required for everybody, and who have been reporting spam all along by
submitting it via email and using the links in the responses we send to
report the spam, but they have never actually logged into their account
here.

They were given an 'access' link that looks like this:
http://www.spamcop.net/?code=YourSecretCodeHere

That link will no longer work, and since their email address has already
been registered, they can't re-register it to get a password, and they
can't use the 'denied' page to get one because their account has never
actually been assigned a username.

I can fix that for them if the want to send me their email address.
