It depends what server you are coming in on.  www.spamcop.net is the 
only server which uses login/logout.  You have to accept cookies to 
login on that server.

HTTP basic auth is provided on members.spamcop and mailsc.spamcop. 
There is no logout option with http-auth.  You have to completely close 
the browser session to expire the login.
