New news has now been posted:
a.. [13:01 EST] As of 6:00 a.m. EST, the system was back up and running.
Everyone should be able to login now. All backlogged mail has been
delivered. We apologize about the outage. At this point, the main
fileservers have been rebuilt, so we don't anticipate any further
problems.
