[SC-Help] What's wrong now, Spamcop?

I'm getting fedup with your technical glitches, they just keep being a 
problem!  Now I have submitted spam two different times and I am NOT getting 
the Spamcop reports back at all!!  They still have not arrived as of this 
evening either.  How am I supposed to report Spam if your spamcop reports do 
not arrive??

I want this fixed ASAP, Spamcop.  Someone isn't doing their job there, its 
rather obvious because the technical glitches keep getting worse and worse.
