I see nothing for quick report options at

  http://members.spamcop.net/

After browsing to preferences and report handling options. Even after a 
refresh.

I chose to not use this method years ago, so never bothered to have it 
enabled on my account. Perhaps it only shows up on that web page for 
people who already had the feature enabled?
