[SC-Help] blocked once again

seems some spammer has found a novel way to protect themselves.
by filing complaints to ISP and getting spamcop black  listed.

once again am not receiving spamcop mail.
this would be the only thing I can think of to cause this AGAIN.

here is my reporting address.

if that helps track it down.

have checked with ISP and am not on reject list.
have verified that spamcop is not being blocked by email programs.
