[SC-Help] Re: blocked once again

I've had trouble with RR before.  A few months back they had a massive 
amount of SPAM sourced from their IP space.  I think they got confused 
and blocked the wrong people.  There abuse department is slightly 
lacking in the common sense area IMHO.
