Are you saying you you went to the reporting page and there is no "Report 
Now" link (outgoing spam probably blocked by your ISP) or that you have not 
received the reply saying they are ready to process but the "Report Now" 
link is available on your reporting page (replies from spamcop probably 
being blocked by your ISP)?
