Please be careful about confirming *anything* with Pay Pal via an
unsolicited email. Some scam artists--cousins to spammers (they are all
inbreds)--have been sending out email under the guise of PayPal. They gather
your logon ID and  password if you're foolish enough to reply.

Best bet: contact PayPal directly to confirm if they need the information.

By the way, email harvesting off of eBay could have been the source for the
scam artists. In turn, the scam artists take a "hit and miss" approach to
spam-scamming harvested email addys.
