My line of thought was that Spammy may not put his PayPal account in the
spam to prevent it from being nuked. Supply that info by return e-mail or
800 number.
An account cannot closed if it is not known which one it is.
I strongly agree with your other post - Shut down ANY money stream. I would
like to find a way to close merchant credit card accounts and disconnect 800
numbers.
I receive a lot of loan spams. I have tried to find out where the
commissions are coming from. But I have been unsuccessful .
