err... yes you were mistaken... not sure which issue you're talking
about... if you mean the uu-non-da address for uu.net
non-dialup spam, then that doesn't make any difference to the vast
majority of uu.net reports, which are for dialups...
if you meant the thing about Worldcom / uu.net staff layoffs and
restructuring, i very much doubt that'll affect their dialup leasing
services (which is what causes the spam reports to go to them) or their
abuse handling departments...

they are? a new system is being worked on, but it's not got anywhere
near being live... the way spamcop hunts for addresses (which means
it'll give an error when it can't find one, whereas before it just let
you click send but actually didn't do anything) changed some time ago...
