No, he's talking about the web form, not the newsgroup. I'd say the pop-up 
should only occur if the submitted text is greater than 2k.

If its greater than 2k then its either someone submitting spam or a 
spammer/troll doing a hit-and-run, attempting to bring SC to its knees with 
his invincible logic and mastery of the English language.
