its going to be another yahoo! auctions
The problem with this now is that people can start hiding. A problem that
has given a bad name to yahoo! auctions.
I've got burned too many times on yahoo! auctions to even go back to using
them. Problem was communication between seller and buyers.
the only way to participate is to get a yahoo id, and the only time you can
"communicate" with the seller is online questions and answers.
Bidders will have to ask a question, and when its answered, the system lets
them know by and email to say to go back to the auction in question for an
answer
Long, tedious and stupid.
And if they hide, its harder to trace which sellers are working with each
other (shill bidding) or if they are a member who was kicked off who
re-signed up recently
It's going to suck
Of all the years I have been on ebay, I've only been "spammed" a handful of
times (that means i can count the number of times on one hand) by members
who "gleened" my address off of ebay.
Just my opinion.
