Of course, I define a legitimate business as one who doesn't SPAM.

I spent years trying to convince Levingers not to spam me.  I haven't
bought anything since that unfortunate episode.  Same with Spamazon.
I'll usually give someone I've done business with in the past one
attempt to stop (on the off chance that I had inadvertantly left the
opt-in selected), but after that I not only roast further spam sent, but
I refuse to do business with the scum.
