Dave, just report him. He e-mailed me again after I plonked him here to see
if he could get me going again. DON'T reply, just e-mail abuse (or
whatever address he's using now) and tell them that he is harassing you
after you have repeatedly told him not to e-mail you. Ask them to tell him
to stop or to close his account. The more complaints they get, the better
the chances they'll do something about it.

If you and others here continue to engage him, he will not go away. Don't
feed the troll!
