I was informed that Dave Hicks is banned from Spamcop for no reason. More 
problems for Julian.  Julian -- I'm imploring you to ban Brett from the
NG, since he has no relevant information, and most of his "sources" are
highly inaccurate. This is NOT what we need here.  Please let Dave back
on the NG/Spamcop.
