[SpamCop-List] SERIOUS BUGS - I can no longer report spam.

OK, I went through the routine to get reregistered, and it seemed to
be OK; I got the confirmation et cetera. Then, I reported a spam. I
previewed the reports, went back to the previous page as per
instructions, and hit send - only to be told that the email had
already been sent. One failure.
I then tried to report a second spam - as it so happened, a second
send through a different relay of the same spam that just failed. It
parsed through it, and came up with the same source, but with a note
that the ISP had already cancelled the account. It wouldn't parse any
farther, and didn't give me the form back to report a next spam. Two
failures.
I prepared my clipboard for the next spam, and clicked on "report
spam". I get the hello page "Welcome, ISP Jeff Zeitlin. You have
61.8M bytes available". Plus all the usual links. But no form. At
all. No place to paste the spam in. Three failures.
I try to reauthorize a 'free' account, using my spamcop address as the
URL to send the authorization URL to. No dice. It's not in the
spamcop account, and it never made it to my real email account that my
spamcop account forwards to. Four failures.
I try dialling in from a different ISP, and log in to my spamcop
account. Same results as the third failure. Five failures.
Not good. Very not good. Please fix, pronto.
