[SpamCop-List] help!!

I've woken up this Sat am to hundreds or returned mail messages, the
consequence of unauthorised use of two of my e-mail account names... this is
the first time I've had to report something to SpamCop and I'm wondering if
there's anything else I should be doing - an example header and content
below:
