[SpamCop-List] [Bug] No date on Confirmation Mail (pop server)

I finally figured out why I could not pop the confirmation email off the
server (but still got other mail).  I re-registered and then carefully
observed the popping of mail.  From the Spamcop account, I saw that I
had a new email, but after it popped all accounts, there was no new mail
in the inbox.  After much searching, I found three copies of "Spamcop
Email Delivery Notification" way off the page as the oldest messages
received.  Outlook 98 showed both the sent and received time stamps as
"None."
