The problem with this is that - especially with spew-spew-net, you no
longer have _any_ way of following up to see if maybe they actually
did something with the spammers account - a long shot, I realize, but
still.

The initial autoack from spew-spew has their case number in it; if
you're not getting the ack, you're not getting the case number, and
you can't follow up on them.

I think this misfeature needs to be rethunk, and either dropped or
modified to make it user-selectable, or maybe selectable by each user
for each disservice provider.
