[SpamCop-List] "Report another spam?" But No Way To Do So (Bug?)

After I tell SpamCop to email the intended recipients, a screen comes up
saying that the mail was sent and to whom, as well as the following question
in green: "Report another spam?"  However, there is no way I can see to
actually report another spam (which I usually do repeatedly given the
garbage that accumulates over the weekend and overnight).  Should there be a
"Proceed" button, or even another form to fill out, like there used to be?

Thanks!  (I'm using Internet Explorer 5.5 on Windows, FYI.)
