[SpamCop-List] Arrrrggggghhhh!!!!

It just took me over 30 minutes to process ONE spam complaint through
the web site.  This was after 3 hours of not even being able to access
the site.  I tried using both Netscape 4.7x and IE 5.5x.

I did see a comment once I got to the web site about 'network
congestion' but I have my doubts that the trouble stems entirely from
that.  I haven't had any trouble navigating elsewhere.

I was *close* to becoming a paid member after using the service free for
several months, but I'm putting that on hold until the web site is
working properly and ALL the bugs in the new software are ironed out.

I hope that at least the reporting issues get fixed SOON!  Fifteen
spammers are getting off with no complaints from me today - I can't
afford to spend another seven and a half hours trying to report them.
If only I was smart enough to figure out the headers myself.  Oh well,
maybe someday.
