Don't know if this is any help or not, but when I had three
e-mails with:
"No abuse.net record for or.kr
hostmaster bounces
Cannot find master for:211.174.51.30
No valid emails found, sorry!"

from SC, I did a little looking and did find the following which
I used in my manual larts with no bounces:

domain-manager

Something fishy about it though; when I went back to re-read the
address later, rather than look it up in a Sent mail, it had
switched to a "No-English" message and everything in it was asian
characters, totally unreadable - absolutely no english there
except nic.co.or and No-English!
