UCE I received today included the link http://64.19.213.78/homeloans. 
SC came up with the abuse addy of postmaster

Looking at the past reports, there were several hundred complaints filed
today about that URL. Up until 14:06:37 -0600 (#16952216), SC was
reporting to postmaster  The next report at 14:46:23 -600
(#16954654) started going to ----.com.

Samspade tells me the block (64.19.213.72 - .79) belongs to Anuncios.
Coordinator is info  I don't think I'll send him a
report.

Upstream is Sand Man Internacional Limited (their spelling, not mine). 
Cooridator here is ip, and the name servers are omnitec.

Any idea why SC dropped omnitec and substituted a non-existant addy?
