[SpamCop-List] A SpamCop bug work around

Spam Cop seems to be reporting spam better now. Not perfect but better.
However the known bug that won't return to Spam Cop start page is still
alive and well.  I have a simple work around that makes it bearable for me
to use.

I put my Spam Cop url on the personal link bar that is just under the
Address Bar in Explorer.  When the page stalls after sending the spam
report, I just hit the url, returns me just fine and quicker than the back
button.
