[SpamCop-List] Appeals

New paying member.  I have a question about appeals that I did not see in the
FAQ.

OK, so I just parsed a spam and the referenced URL was supposedly shut down and
the reporting address was the appeals.  I clicked on the link and it was live
(boy was it... more porn spam).  I clicked on the "show report history" link and
read through the reports then hit the back button to go ahead and appeal.

When I returned to the parsed info, the appeals address was gone and replaced
with the tripod.com abuse addys.

What happened?
