[SpamCop-List] Bug (?): Javascript detection stops open relay reporting

I think I possibly found a bug. In a spam I tried to report, SpamCop 
detected JavaScript in a spam (giving the message: "Detected javascript 
in body. Cannot trust links in text. Aborting link detection").

The spam was sent through an open relay, but SC did not provide 
reporting options for the open relay - apparently because the JavaScript 
detection message made the entire process stop.

I noticed this when reporting this spam:

So, I reported the open relay manually.
