  Tried reporting that spam again. (From one of my favorite semi-regulars,
"Vortex Supplies," the last place on earth I'd buy toner, if I ever wanted
it.) 
  This time, after ""haoxin bounces" SC says "Sorry, no
reporting addresses found for 202.122.38.118.
Nothing to do.

  The "1" is in black, the rest in red.

  Since the "From:" line says "toner2," I sent a manual report
to Mauimail, using that popular Spam Hater phrase "either using your
resources to send out bulk unsolicited commercial e-mail ("spam") or is
deceptively trying
to make it look like he is." Maybe somebody there can pull some strings in
China.
  Good thing for Vortex that I'm not the kinda guy who would use their
toll-free numbers to annoy them as much as they've annoyed me. <eg>
