[SpamCop-List] Bug in held messages, authorized list?

Messages are appearing in my Held list which should have been
automatically approved by virtue of the sites being in my Authorized
list; they were passing normally until recently.

Worse, when I mark these messages for sending, I get the usual response
that they've  been released and the senders marked for the future -- but
then those very same emails reappear in the new Held list! And they
don't make it to my mailbox.

Have others seen these symptoms?
(Sorry if this is a duplicate report. I did scan through the newsgroup,
but there are so very many postings...)
