[SpamCop-List] Appeals?

Received a spam stamped some 45 hours after "ISP believes this issue to
be resolved..." 

What is the accepted timeframe for appealing such an erroneous "belief"? 

Question never came up before with me, and couldn't find anything
regarding 'Appeals' in The New Spamcop. Presumably it simply hasn't been
put up yet, or I just missed it. 

BTW, just returned from the 'Jargon' page (see FAQ) where I learned
"luser", LART, BOFH - LMAO - highly recommended!
