Maxx - read it again - he says that SC is telling him

"ISP has already cancelled the account used to send this spam."
 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Not an email address, and not appealable - these are the automatically
reopened after 24 hours if more spam comes in - except there have been
reports that there may be a bug and they're _not_ being reopened.
