[SpamCop-List] speedyreward.com's appeal status?

I was wondering what the deputies think about this site...
or more to the point why it's still listed as "action taken"
and appealable... clearly I'm not the only one that has
appealed the "action taken" status. What additional information
can those of us being spammed by these jerks provide you?
(not that I think getting it back to lart'able is going to
do any good... since the lart will go to verio, but at
least that's a step closer to being able to do something
about them.
