[SpamCop-List] 'Open LARTing' ???

For quite some time, I have been trying to make sure the spammer knows who
LARTed them. I want to be on those lists of 'Internet Extremists' that the
spam list providers speak of. I know this raises the possibility of getting
Joe-jobbed, but if you don't become a notorious anti-spammer, how else can
you significantly reduce the spam sent to your address?

I email, fax, telephone, and even snail-mail spammers. I want list
providers and bulk emailers to get complaints from their customers, if my
address is on their list. I want to be on every notorious anti-spammer
list in existence.

I have listed my addresses with e-mps.org and waisp.org opt-out lists. I
figure have done my due-diligence to make the UCE world aware that I don't
want to receive spam. Anyone who spams me at this point, would have to be a
real schmuck. I often average less than one spam per day, although this
week it's looking more like 2 or 3 per day. (Some new list provider or bulk
e-mailer has to learn their lesson.)

It seems to me that a Joe-job is something one could sue a spammer over, if
you could prove who did it. And some lawsuits over Joe-jobs might help in
the war against spam. If one has the means to investigate a Joe-job and the
money to hire the lawyers, why not? Does anyone know of successful lawsuits
over spammer retribution, like Joe-jobs?

Thank you,
Nigel
