well DUH, if you're forwarding everything to them it's no wonder
they're bit bucketing you... I would too. That address should ONLY
be used to report blatant violations of the Federal Trade acts!
Similarly the sec.gov address should only be used to report violations
of the Securities and Excahnges Regulations. Both addresses are
alive and well the last time I needed them (about a week ago for
the SEC, maybe two months for the FTC) and both sent a manual
ack on my last reports. These are NOT abuse desks they should
only be bothered with serious matters within their sphere of
authority.
