If you are in the United States, call your local office of the United
States Secret Service, and ask to speak to the agent dealing with
'4-1-9' scams. Explain _in_detail_, including that you're getting it
via e-mail, and ask where/whether/how to forward the email to them.
Regardless of how he asks you to forward it, make sure you include the
full headers, so that if they want to try to trace it themselves, they
have everything they need.
I've made contact with the USSS agent in my area, and whenever I get
one of these, I "LART" him, and give him a pointer to SpamCop's
analysis as well.
