I'm down to 10 bits per second (!!) for POP retrieve or any
other Spamcop request (ie "View HELD email".

This happened immediately after the upgrade, then went back
to "normal speed" for a while- now it's been back to
"sludge-slow" for the past week or so.

Anyone have a clue? I've got to wean myself of Spamcop til
this is fixed... I don't understand why there aren't more
complaints, unless the problem is limited to only a few
users (myself included)
