Anyone out there aware of an outfit called messagebroadcast.com? They use VoIP to leave messages on answering machines, dial tone if a person answers - at least that is the way it reads to me on their website. It is not spam because it isn't e-mail, I know, but it sure feels like it. Maybe we'll get a new term "answering machime spam " or "amspam" Is this legal?
