What's with the bozos, anyway?
I mean, aren't they getting their dialups/DSL/other
injection points shut-down all over the place?

What's particularly scary to me, is there seem to be enough
fools receiving the spew to make it profitable for spammy.

I like Gallagher's "stupid" policy more and more lately, even
as it applies to traffic/drivers:
Everyone drives around with a rubber-suction-cup-dart gun, with the
darts having a flag reading "STUPID." Each time a driver pulls
a stupid maneuver, we hit the car with a "STUPID" dart.
As soon as the driver's car has enough of the incriminating darts
on it, a police officer then has the authority to pull the driver over
and give s/h/it a ticket for being an a**hole.

If only the spammers AND their stupid victims could be lumped
into a single category for this to work...
