Deputies or Julian:  The 100kB limitation is bogus and should be
removed.  Large spam is getting to the point where I'm not sure I'll
buy more fuel when I run out probably later this spring.

Yes, it adds live sightings to help the SCBL decide whether or not to
list or delist servers if nothing else.  If you don't want to deal
with having to go to the website, you could do the fire-n-forget
reporting.
