Why are you replying to a question about "what Guy was suggesting"
with a reply about Mailwasher?  How many times do I have to explain
that I am not taliking about what Mailwasher does?  I am suggesting
returning RFC-1893-Compliant Mail System Status Codes with a Class 
Sub Code of "Permanent Failure" and a Subject Sub Code of "Delivery 
not authorized, message refused."  Not the same thing at all.  Not
even close.  Did I mention that I am not talking about Maulwasher?
