SpamCop _never_ suggests any _email_address_ as the source of spam,
because that cannot be determined.

SpamCop will raise the possibility of reporting email addresses in the
_body_ of spam, but not as being the source of spam, merely as being an
email address used by the spammer. Such addresses are never checked by
default because of the possibilities for error. The SpamCop interface
depends on an intelligent victim reading the spam and checking only those
email addresses actually used by the spammer. The instructions are that
if there is any doubt the spam victim should leave those addresses in their
default (unchecked) state.
