SpamCop is devoted to the subject of email spam, not Popups.
I have set followups to the spamcop.geeks newsgroup, where non-spam
technical issues are discussed.
That said, most popups are due to people not properly security their
web browser by disabling JavaScript. If you give people permission
to control your computer, some will do so in ways you do not want.
