We have three accounts with SpamCop.

If you check 64.51.90.2, you'll see that we've been chosen as the source of
the spam messages. Looking at the headers shown, however, you can see that
we're the recipient. The real sender has been overlooked or ignored.

Checking the two reports shown 161302475 and 161292651 shows reports sent to
my upstream, and none to me (even though we're registered with abuse.net).

If you click the tracking links for either of these reports, you'll see that
the correct origin is detected and reports would be sent appropriately.
Unfortunately, having it work correctly now is too late.

Our business email is now being blocked all over the place (even though the
BL page says you shouldn't use it for blocking where legitimate email should
flow). Consequently, we're getting back mail we send to consumers, some
consumers aren't able to get their mail to us, our connectivity is in
jeopardy, and we look like low-life spammers.

We need help from someone at SpamCop, and we need it NOW.

A message sent to bl this morning before 07:00 my time
(GMT -0500) has gone unanswered. Julian's phone goes unanswered.

This is a huge problem for us - I hope it can be resolved immediately.
