Once in a great while OE crashes on me, but not regularly.  It just did
three times in a row while I was trying to post the reply in .spam.  I
looked up that file and I have it on Windows\System and since I don't know
how to read shorthand versions of the version #, am not sure but I think I
have the newest version (in Dec 02).  I also have a Windows\System32 but
there are no files in it.  IIRC, I updated everything a couple of days ago.
